Event & conference merch

Merch with a place in your event.

An attendee giveaway, a speaker gift and a staff uniform do different jobs. Decide who each item is for, then work back from the date it must reach the venue. Share your quantities, artwork and destination so we can check a practical production and delivery plan.

Staff and volunteer apparel

Start with the people working the event. Specify fit, sizes and readable branding, and separate staff quantities from attendee merchandise.

Attendee items

Choose items that are easy to carry and useful beyond registration. A tote can hold the rest of the selection; avoid adding items solely to fill a bag.

Event-specific requests

For an item or combination outside the catalog, send a reference, quantity and venue deadline. Availability, printing and packaging need to be checked before confirmation.

Common questions

How early should we order conference merch?

There is no single timeline for every item. Share the required arrival date before finalizing the selection. Production depends on the product, quantity, artwork approval and finishing, with delivery time considered separately.

Can you handle a last-minute order?

Send the deadline, delivery location and exact quantity. We need to confirm feasibility for the chosen products; submitting a request does not reserve production or guarantee that date.

Can staff and attendees receive different items?

Yes, describe the separate groups in your brief and list the quantity for each item. Identify any size distribution or packaging requirement so it can be included in the quote.

Can you reproduce something from a reference photo?

A reference helps explain the intended material, shape and branding. We will confirm what can be sourced or made and any differences before the order is agreed.

Tell us what you have in mind.

Include your company or event, the items and quantities, delivery location, and the date you need them. A rough brief is enough to start a conversation.
