Plan your first team merchandise order
Start with a headcount and a use case, not a long product list. An everyday team tee needs different decisions from a welcome kit: fit and size collection matter for the first, while the contents, packaging and recipient experience matter for the second.
Choose a base product before a print method
A useful brief names the product or describes the fit, material and fabric weight you want. In our catalog, apparel can have colour, GSM and size options. Those options are not interchangeable across every product. The product’s enabled print placements determine which branding methods can actually be selected.
A request for embroidery alone is incomplete. Include the artwork, its approximate dimensions and its intended position. Fine lettering and large filled areas raise different production questions; ask us to check the actual design against the chosen garment rather than picking a method from its name alone.
Collect sizes before confirming the quantity
Use the selected product’s size chart. A label such as M is not a substitute for the measurements of that particular fit. Ask teammates to compare a garment they already wear with the chart before submitting a size.
The order system supports size distributions and, where enabled, a team size-collection form. Decide who will close collection and confirm the final count. Keep any extra stock explicit in the order instead of burying it in an estimated headcount.
Read the price in context
The product page’s starting price represents the lowest configured catalog price, not every variation of the item. A different configuration, quantity, print choice or delivery arrangement can change the total. If a line is not fully priced, use the quote flow and confirm the specification before production.
For an onboarding kit, list the items separately and ask for packaging and delivery to be included in the brief. State whether your budget includes tax. This makes comparisons between alternatives more useful than comparing an apparel price with a finished-kit total.
Make the next order easier
Retain the agreed product specification, artwork and previous order reference. For future hires, share those details with the new quantities and sizes. Product availability and prices can change, so a reorder still needs a current check.
A brief you can send
Tell us your company, the purpose of the merchandise, the products you are considering, quantities and sizes, artwork placement, budget, delivery location and required arrival date. If some details are undecided, identify them. We can then discuss the choices that affect the order rather than assuming a specification.
